B&B Ca' Rina is only 5 km from Golf Club Villa Condulmer, an elegant club founded in 1960 in the picturesque Veneto countryside.

The villa in Zerman that now houses the Golf Club was built by the patrician Venetian Condulmer family at the end of the 17th century on the ruins of a 14th-century Benedictine convent.

It was later bought by the Tornielli family, a noble Piedmontese family with a passion for music, who often hosted Giuseppe Verdi, who composed part of La Traviata in Zerman on a still existing piano.

In 1958, the eighteenth-century Villa Condulmer became an exclusive hotel and in February 1960 the Villa Condulmer Golf Club was founded, with the first nine.

Later, thanks to the transfer by the hotel of the then winter garden and the building that is now the bag depot, the first Club House was created, followed by the purchase of the house that would become the current Club House, the extension with the changing rooms wing, the creation of the restaurant and the birth of the second nine holes.

The nine holes of the executive course and the resurfacing of the Championship course with Bermuda Grass complete the current facility.
